MOSES LAKE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK GROUNDS KEEPER JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation: Starting at $22.00 hour, depending on experience Employment type: Part Time Job Title: Community Grounds Keeper The position is part time. Monday thru Friday. 20-25 hours per week. 4-5 hours per day. The Community Grounds Keeper will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to those specified below. The ability to perform physical activity is required in order to maintain the Park grounds. The Community Grounds Keeper must have excellent communication skills, should be a self-starter, well organized and take pride in their work. Community Grounds Keeper Duties: • Visit all phases of the Park daily to ensure that the Park is clean and attractive. • Grounds maintenance of common areas, including landscaping, mowing, weeding, raking, and spraying. • Maintenance of Park equipment, tools, gates, irrigation system, water meters and transmitters. Ability to connect wires in a low voltage systems and light plumbing skills are necessary. • Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and crawl under manufactured homes. • Coordinate snow removal and keep the Community areas free from snow and ice in winter.
