Job Summary StreamGuys, a local, international streaming media company based in Bayside looking to fill a strategically important position in accounting and customer service as a Billing Clerk. We are looking for a computer savvy, detail-oriented clerk, a fast learner and motivated person. Any broadcast background would be a fabulous addition. This is a customer-facing billing position, dealing with internal teams and customers in a helpful and consistent manner. People skills a MUST. Activities & Responsibilities: Working directly under and in collaboration with the Controller, the Billing Clerk would be responsible for - Responding to customer calls and emails - Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner - Monitoring ticketing system and responding to tickets - Processing new orders, change orders and account cancellations - Monthly batch credit card processing tasks - Entering payments and credit card statements - Manage accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are processed accurately. - Supporting the Controller with Accounts Payable functions - Product and billing reporting tasks - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries. - Auditing systems, data, and tasks for completion of work Skill Sets Used: - Data entry and reporting tasks via QuickBooks - A high level of experience and capability with the Microsoft Office Suite - A high level of experience and capability with the Google Suite - Experience with online SaaS platforms for billing and product tasks - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Customer service skills If you possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Billing Clerk.
