The Role and Responsibilities Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content Write marketing content - e.g. blog posts, website copy, press releases Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Requirements What you will bring  We’re changing how things are done, which means working and thinking differently. The Writer receives technical information from the field in the form of technician and customer notes including photographs, may request additional information to expand or verify the operating procedures, and updates to provide a status that is clear and meaningful to the customer and to management. The ARMA Clerk organizes the information and completes work order status notes according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology, maintains records and files of work and revisions, including photographs uploaded by the technician to illustrate the condition upon arrival, materials used, issues with completing the work order, and ultimately document completed work. Once the technicians have completed the work order, the ARMA Clerk ensures proper documentation and sets the work order to resolved at which time the status is relayed to GFEBS. Swing shift starting at 3pm Compensation: $27-30/hr The Content Services Specialist is responsible for checking and conforming the specifications of source materials in preparation for creating outputs including but not limited to Digital Cinema Package (DCP), Interoperable Master Package (IMP), ProRes master files and downstream deliverables, subtitling backgrounds, DVD and Blu-ray. Check and conform may include elements relating to color volume, transfer characteristic, metadata, frame rate, visual spot check, verification of texted and textless materials, shot pickups and inserts, audio retiming, pitch correcting, audio finessing and XML editing. In addition, creating and QC of the outputs are required as needed.
