Experience with IIS, backup/restore utilities, or virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite customer installations or escalated support needs.
