RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand worlds, campaigns, and cultural moments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from concept to execution, creating work that grabs attention, sparks conversation, and stands out in a crowded market. You will: Develop and execute high-impact brand identities, campaign visuals, packaging, and marketing materials that drive cultural relevance. Lead projects from concept to production, balancing big thinking with meticulous execution. Bring fresh, unexpected design solutions that push brands forward while ensuring strategic clarity and business impact. Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Strategists to craft breakthrough work. Stay on top of design trends, typography, color theory, and cultural movements to ensure Bakery’s work remains fresh and category-defining. Ensure all work is crafted to the highest standards—clean, effective, and impossible to ignore. Manage multiple projects efficiently, keeping deadlines, budgets, and client expectations in check. Present work clearly and persuasively, making a strong case for design decisions. Requirements An impressive portfolio of work created for leading lifestyle brands. 6+ years of experience in a top-tier agency or in-house creative team. A well-curated portfolio that showcases branding, visual storytelling, campaign work, and exceptional craft. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.) Strong illustration, typography, and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Experience working across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design. The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment. CAD Designer Summary The Fire Alarm Systems Designer has specific expertise in the design and CAD layout of fire alarm systems for various facilities in our Texas jurisdictions. Each product is designed and engineered to meet specific customer needs. CAD Designer Responsibilities: · Communicate technical concepts to sales reps, operations team, and customers. · Design and layout of Fire Alarm systems in AutoCAD per code requirements. · The layout of Access Control systems in AutoCAD per code requirements. · Build equipment submittals. · Review design plans completed within the department prior to submission to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with code and company standards. · Other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, skill, and ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · Prefer 2 years’ experience with Fire Alarms systems layout per IBC, NFPA 72 & 101. · Proficient in AutoCAD 2019 or newer. · Prefer 2 years’ experience, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems. · EST alarm system experience preferred but not required. · Texas Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent (APS) License, or ability to obtain. · NICET Level III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems, or ability to obtain. · Knowledge of in-building emergency communications systems (e.g., ERCES/BDA/DAS). · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Knowledge of required codes. · Ability and willingness to engage with local AHJ’s to discuss local code requirements. · Self-starter without need for oversight. · Strong analytical skills. · Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. · Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities with strict deadlines. · Accepts responsibility for design. · Ability to analyze, identify, and follow up to resolve discrepancies.
