We are currently looking for a Note taker to do live note taking for a conference. Candidate will be expected to attend a 2 day in-person conference on September 2nd and 3rd, 2025 in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Must be comfortable with typing detailed business/conference meeting notes. These service providers help provide accommodations in an effort to commit to inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives. Responsibilities: Type information on a laptop at a formal business event Note taking- recording key information from a meeting. Organized to be used as a reference aid, key points and major topics are utilized as major headings Requirements We are looking for individuals who have Completed post secondary education or about to graduate Typing speed of 60+ wpm Comfortable in a formal environment Sensitivity to the needs of people with disabilities.  Use of own personal laptop Strong writing and editing skills Ability to analyze and process information quickly Able to work independently- being on time, dependable and able to meet deadlines This is a short term contract, with the possibility of future projects with our team (online and/or in person).
