SUMMARY The IT Support Tech is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations of Billings Flying Service (BFS). The IT Support Tech shall be responsible for responding to IT systems issues presented by BFS employees through the IT Help Desk support ticketing system, email, and phone contacts. This position will also provide support of IT projects, technology builds, and all technical systems at BFS.
