Three very clean, very quiet roommates are seeking a fourth for our apartment starting asap // October 1st. The available room gets fantastic morning light, has a nice closet, and stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I may be off on the sq. feet listed, but it fits a full size bed, small desk, and dresser. The apartment is renovated, very clean, has two bathrooms (one for the guys, one for the girls), and a DISHWASHER. One block from a large park. 5 min or less walk to the A/C Utica Ave. that is 30 min to Times Sq, and a 10 min walk to the 2/3/4/5 that are 20 min to downtown and 30 min to Grand Central. Pretty easy to get to East Williamsburg as well (A/C two stops to the L at Broadway Junction). The situation is especially good for a grad student or new to NYC 9-5 professional. We currently have two guys and one female, 20s & 30s, who are very busy, and if we are home we are working from home. Teacher, video producer, dental hygenist. We are too busy to see each other much. If you are a fem. you will share your bathroom with only one other very clean girl. The easiest roommate living situation in NYC imho.
