The bedrooms are close to the bathroom (100% your bathroom) and upstairs laundry. There's a bonus upstairs loft space you can enjoy and add to, plus share the kitchen and main living areas. I prefer no pets, but a cat or dog may work too. I am a 53 year old professional male who smokes a little cannabis outside of the home interior.
