I live 10 minutes from Kendall Sq. station. The available room is 11'x11', cool in the summer, warm in the winter and has a 2X3 closet. It is furnished with a bed, a desk, two chairs and a dresser. There is a chalkboard wall. (There is also an 88-key weighted keyboard electric piano available.) WASHER & DRYER in the kitchen. I'm 60F, a designer & performer; I go to a job 3 days a week as a mechanic. I'm looking for a clean, quiet person with a compatible schedule. The rent is $1125 and includes electricity and wifi. Heat is an additional cost. The place is clean and organized; there is a big park across the street. The apartment is the 2nd floor of a 3-family building near the Kendall Cinema (about 10 minutes walk from Kendall Sq. T station.) It's a wood-frame building about 100 years old with high ceilings and hardwood floors. 2 mins walk from Lechemere bus and Blue Bike's station. 10 mins walk to Kendall Sq. subway and to shopping center/grocery store.
