Full time 40 hours/week. Diagnostic (electrical and mechanical) experience a must. Experience with older (pre-2000) vehicles is a a huge plus. We service all makes: American, Asian, and European, from the 1920's through the mid 2000's. We are passionate about helping people with keeping their cars on the road, whether it's a Rolls Royce or beat up old Ford just to get someone to work. Qualified candidates need to be dependable, self-reliant, professional, have great problem solving and communication skills and a strong work ethic. We work together as a team, our primary goals are customer satisfaction and to enjoy our jobs while making that happen! MUST have a good assortment of tools and tool box. Minimum 3 years experience. Ability to inspect, diagnose, recommend and perform services and repairs. We offer paid holidays and sick pay (after 90 days) and 1 week vacation (after 1 year). The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
