Globeville Riverfront Arts Center (GRACe) has over 70 studios on site, and is already home to painters, photographers, fiber artists, interior designers, illustrators, jewelry artists, and more. We are right off of the bike path & South Platte River, with easy access to I-70 and I-25. This artist studio / creative office is 260 sq ft for $640 per month. Lease is month to month and rent on all of our private units includes 24/7 access, utilities & WiFi, along with the option of having your work displayed in our on site gallery, a space for teaching workshops/classes, and promotion through our website & social media. The studios are work only (sorry, NO LIVE IN) and not suitable for woodworking, spray painting (although this can be done outside), metal-smithing/welding (most jewelry making is ok, with propane being the only not-allowed material), glass blowing/fusing, tattoo, music/podcast recording or rehearsal, or anything in which confidentiality is a concern (studios have open ceilings). Please be aware, we ask for first & last month's rent as well as security deposit (equal to one month's rent) before moving in.
