The cubicles have small lockable storage, and are in a lockable section of the building, but do not have individual locking capacity (so, don't leave your laptop on the desk :) ). All cubicles are on the second floor. Lease: $175/month (3 years lease). Please note, cubicles haven't been installed yet. We will need about 10 days to install the cubicles. In the meantime, we will provide superior arrangements in the same building at no additional charge. Landlord provides electricity, heating, cooling, water (to the building), nightly janitorial service, parking, signage space, security patrols, all building services, and professional property management by Panorama with online portal and 24x7 emergency escalation protocols. The amount shown is the total rent paid by the tenant, there are no other regular charges. Rate escalates 4.5% per year. Security deposit is 2 months’ rent, and there is a $75 onboarding fee. Pre-installed broadband wifi internet with dedicated password and dedicated bandwidth available for $50/month. Large external signage space available for $100/month. Tenant responsible for signage production and mounting. Lease amounts are for 3 years, but may be rented for 1 year for $25 additional or month-to-month for $50 additional.
