Key Job Responsibilities: • Batch mixing of none hazardous chemicals in the production of silicone polymers by utilizing standard operating procedures • Performing packaging functions of various products and containers utilizing scales and pump equipment as well as labeling • Must have sufficient dexterity and strength to operate process equipment such as valves, pumps, switches, etc. • Must be able to read and understand process batch sheets containing product process directions and safety precautions • Must be able to write legibly and record results accurately • Required to stand up to 90% of the working day with frequent walking, intermittent stopping, and bending while operating equipment, drumming, etc. • Must be able to tolerate periodic hot, inside working conditions or cold outside conditions • Equipment operations, drum tool, hand tool, hoist, pump, and scale operations • Receive, ship, store, and distribute raw materials, packaging, and finished goods • Safely stack drums in their designated area within the warehouse and manufacturing locations • Coordinate and prioritize several tasks at one time • Must be able to calculate various measurements using basic math skills • Maintain a clean work environment following 5S principals • Must be able to work an 4-5 hour shift. • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hard hats and respirator • Physical demands may include repetitive movements, handling and moving 55-gallon drums, lifting of 60 pounds, wearing a respirator, working in hot or cold environments; hearing protection may be required for certain tasks • Work safely when performing job responsibilities • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs • Must be able to read and understand customer orders, bill of ladings, and packing slips • Must be able to write legibly and record results accurately Cross training opportunity within company Job Qualifications: 1.
