Handle light welding and plumbing work Assist with installations, upgrades, and seasonal prep Work independently and keep things moving. Requirements: Electrical background (low voltage/motors a plus). Some welding and plumbing experience. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability. Reliable, punctual, and able to work without supervision. Experience in a car wash or similar environment is a big plus. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production runs and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. Plan, schedule, and manage production phases as a working manager. Monitor progress, review job cost reports, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area and enforce proper lockout/tagout procedures. Foster teamwork, maintain morale, and ensure proper training and orientation for new staff. Qualifications Supervisory/leadership experience in food or nutritional product manufacturing required. Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and production standards.
