Sales Representative (Montebello)

Job description Reliable transportation (Sales Representatives are required to use there own vehicle to visit customers) We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Our goal for the available position is to continue to expand reach in the Kitchen & Bath market by improving existing relationships, reconnecting with inactive customers, as well as finding and introducing our company to new showrooms and designers. Industry experience is not required, willingness to learn is more important. We are currently looking for 2 candidates to join our team as a Sales Representatives Responsibilities: -Ensures excellent customer service and experience through adherence to company guidelines. -Maintains general product knowledge, promotion, etc. -Assists in floor moves, merchandising or display maintenance and store housekeeping. -Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by providing customer service, address needs and concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback on products and service -Provide regular reports and updates to management on activity and customer feedback -Communicate customer problems or complaints to store management. -Deliver and set up sample rack for new account -Update showroom samples on a regular basis Requirements: -Sales experience (1+ years), preferably in a similar line of work but not necessary -Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and address customers needs in a effective and timely manner -Self-motivated -Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. -Excellent time management skills, manage time effectively, and work efficiently to meet deadlines. -Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word or similar programs -Fluent English / Spanish -Reliable transportation (Sales Representatives are required to use there own vehicle to visit customers) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Ability to Commute: Montebello, CA 90640 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Montebello, CA 90640: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
