WHO WE ARE
Evergreen Home Exteriors is a home improvement and remodeling company founded in 2015. We began with vinyl window installations and, within three years, had added siding, roofing, and deck building—surpassing the $10 million annual revenue mark that only 1% of businesses ever achieve. Today, we’re the highest-volume deck builder in Washington state. We also provide full interior remodeling, as well as garage and DADU builds.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Track record of exceeding targets and driving results
• Very Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Home improvement industry experience helpful but not required
• Understanding of AI and its expanding potential is required
• Tech savvy.

DAY-TO-DAY JOB DESCRIPTION
• Based in our Tacoma office
• Hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Oversight of the processes and procedures that control the customer experience and offering additional services, obtaining referrals and reviews.
• Base Pay: A guaranteed salary of $80,000 -$90,000 per year + Significant bonus potential
• Performance-Driven Upside: Immediately unlock an aggressive performance structure—every process you manage translates into additional monthly income. This is a clear and defined program that will be discussed at length in the interview.
• Paid Monthly: All performance payouts are calculated and distributed on a monthly basis, so you see rewards right away.
• Year-One Earning Potential: With strong performance, first-year total compensation is projected to exceed $170,000.
