You will be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing various window and door issues primarily for PGT and Andersen products, replacing damaged or defective items – including reglazing impact glass, and will provide basic product information to our customers. Daily work may include ladder & scaffold work on occasion. You will provide service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. This position requires a positive attitude, basic carpentry and window and door knowledge, good communications skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, good time management skills, and be able to lift impact rated windows and door panels in excess of 80 lbs. This position requires daily travel within Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Primary safety representative enforcing company safety policy, toolbox talks, accident investigations and reports and other safety related duties. • Responsible for project cleanliness and housekeeping. • Responsible for material management including receiving, distribution, utilization and verification to contract documents. • Purchase and/or order miscellaneous materials, supplies and equipment as needed for various jobs. • All field layout in accordance with contract documents and/or approved shop/fabrication drawings. • Oversee all installations for compliance with the contract requirements and compliance with MIA, TCNA, APA, PCI and other industry standards. • Coordinate and work with the Titan Project Manager as well as representatives of the project Owners and General Contractors. • Implement and maintain tracking systems/matrix’s for installations and schedules. • Complete Daily Reports and other reports as may be required on a daily basis. • Hands on management which may include installation as the situation may require. • You will be exposed to all types of weather conditions. Eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays. Bending, stooping, walking, climbing, rough terrain and lifting (50 lbs or less). • You will be exposed to construction jobsite conditions which require people to hear and understand emergency action signals from other individuals and from emergency systems. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Management. If you have these skills, then this is the job for you:  Install and maintain plumbing systems.  Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids.  Ensure policies are met and that systems are up to code.  Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes.  Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe.  Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment.  Assemble and install valves and fittings.  Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.  Install other plumbing equipment, such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters.  Measure, cut, thread iron pipe.  Test pipe systems and fix leaks.  Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and grade.  Supervise assistants and helpers. Candidates must have proper ID, Social Security, clean driving history. OSHA Certification preferred, but not required. Some English speaking required
