There are always going to be changes to the plan and every employee will be asked to do something that might normally be out of their job duties listed below. The Installer is responsible for the final product. This position will be in the field properly fitting and installing all products after the leave the production shop. A good Installer is expected to overcome problems and will go above and beyond the tasks listed below and is able to jump in and help where needed. Must have Truck and Trailer. This is an at will position and can be terminated at any time without cause. Responsibilities · Must be able to read and follow the paperwork, include order forms, job specifications, cut sheets, and edge details. · Find and drive to job location · Properly fit the countertop into place, may need to trim the piece to fit properly · Make any final cutouts or holes to paperwork specifications · Properly secure and support the countertop · Cleanup job site · Receive final payment from customer when needed · Get customer to sign off on homeowner checklist · Must be able to take proper measurements and understand those measurements, read a tape measure, and perform simple math · Proper communication with management to eliminate the mistakes · Must be able to lift over 100 lbs · Always wear the proper attire for shop work, including steel toe boots · Ensure safety standards are being met, including wearing provided PPE · Work with the management to keep the file organized and updated · Any other tasks required by management This is a 1099 position, pay is based on Square footage.
