Key Responsibilities: Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, sealing, and filling for smooth finishing. Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.
