We are growing and are seeking an experienced AND dependable Independent Maintenance Contractor (IMC) Handyman to handle our general maintenance, repair and Unit Turn Around work for High end apartments, homes and apartments. As an IMC-HANDYMAN, you will be provided Service Orders to complete a variety of GENERAL maintenance and repair activities including electrical, plumbing and carpentry, unit-make ready's, (painting optional). Attention to detail and quality work a must. We Provide: -A great inventory of quality rental properties throughout Fort Lauderdale Broward County -Prompt weekly payment of completed Service Orders. -Projects paid 50% down and 50% upon completion.
