As an Aerial Lineman, you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service. You take pride in doing the job right, being the best, and tackling challenges head-on. In this role, you will: • Work on the Wireline side of Telecom to install and repair backbone aerial telecommunications cable • Perform all duties in telecommunications construction (ie. pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction) • Use gaffs, extension ladders, or a bucket truck for installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plant • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise • Collaborate with your team on new and exciting projects • Maintain a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime and on-call pay About You • Safety is always your priority • You bring at least 1-2+ years of Lineman experience, with strong aerial equipment knowledge • You’re comfortable in a bucket truck, gaffing, and on 28'+ ladders • You take pride in delivering quality work and are looking for long-term projects with stability • You enjoy hands-on work and collaborating with your team • You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Past 3 years) • You can obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL preferred) Compensation of $24-$35 per hour, depending on the experience. Electrical Maintenance Technician
Job Description This position carries out those activities required to maintain and correct damage and make repairs to physical buildings, structures, and facilities as well maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and cleaning equipment of assigned facilities. Additionally, this person will do a variety of work involving equipment use such as scissor lifts and necessitate regularly working from ladders. Responsibilities Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Current electrician's certificate of fitness is preferred.
