**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. You must have 3+ years of experience. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various outdoor maintenance tasks, including landscaping, hardscaping, drainage, grading, retaining walls, etc.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise a crew in performing garden maintenance, tree care, groundskeeping, and landscaping tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators etc.
- Build, maintain, and irrigate landscapes according to project specifications
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment
**Requirements:**
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in landscaping related field - Pictures of your work are required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of garden maintenance, tree trimming/removal, groundskeeping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, drainage, pavers, aeration, basic fertilization, holiday lighting and snow & ice removal.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
