Nurse Practitioner (NP) – In-Home Wound Care (Leadership Role) 📍 St. George, Utah Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with wound care certification to take on a leadership-focused role in our growing in-home wound care practice. This position is 90% supervisory, overseeing and supporting a team of RNs who provide direct patient care in the field.
