As a Senior Python Developer, you will work with our application and collaborate with third-party teams to integrate our application with theirs. Our backend is a set of APIs consumed by various frontend React applications, including online ordering websites, mobile apps, and in-store ordering kiosks. We have three main APIs, each quite large: Admin API (for the admin panel), Order API (for e-commerce products), and In-store API (for our in-store products, including kiosks and kitchen display systems). The main application is based on Flask and uses MySQL for its database. We do not use an ORM to talk to the database, so you must be well-versed in writing SQL and working directly with a database to be effective. Integrating with APIs provided by the backend team to provide seamless connections between our applications. Integrating with external APIs directly. Expanding the capabilities of our REST APIs: building new endpoints using the OpenAPI specification. Building new backend functionalities to help expand the feature set of our customer-facing products. Improving the end-user experience by reducing the latency of API endpoints using all tools available (SQL queries, indices, caching, background tasks, Datadog APM, etc.). Tracking down and fixing bugs encountered by end users. Refactoring parts of the application that require modernization. Expanding the scope and coverage of the automated test suite. Requirements Powerful written and verbal communication skills. 5-10 years as a Python Developer. Experience with Flask or Django, with a strong preference for Flask experience. A thorough understanding of working directly with databases and writing custom SQL queries. Experience working on a consumer-facing application with high-performance requirements. Experience integrating with external APIs for payments and other non-core features. Experience working on an e-commerce application, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry. Knowledge of and experience with CRM and/or loyalty & marketing applications, directly or indirectly by integrating with such systems. Hands-on experience with Celery, Redis, Docker, Linux, and AWS is a plus. Experience working with an established code base and taking ownership of certain parts of the code base (if you have only worked on projects built from scratch, this role is not for you). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision: You should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant oversight to stay on task and enjoys solving problems primarily on your own. I am looking for one more caregiver to help fill in gaps in the schedule. I am a woman in my 50s with MS. The job does require lifting me. Depending on the shift you work you would either get me out of bed, take me to the bathroom and other activities of daily life. The afternoon shift you'd feed me lunch and dinner, take me to the bathroom a few times, etc. Lastly the nighttime shift you would take me to the bathroom, give me my pills and put me in bed.

The Station Chef aids the Kitchen Leadership team in daily operations. Station Chefs assist in the kitchens, cooking, prepping, ensuring the kitchens are stocked, FIFO, and the team is set up for success. This role requires a self-starter work ethic, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food service and food safety. The Station Chef communicates regularly with Kitchen Leadership and is active in the continuous improvement process. This role also requires that you can work and know the ins and outs of all Fort George food service and cooking lines. This non-managerial role does not have the authority to hire, fire, make decisions for recruitment, terminations, performance reviews, or any other terms & conditions of employment. Varying schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates. Essential Functions: Routinely work all hourly BOH roles as business and staffing are needed or directed by Kitchen Leadership. Cover stations while co-workers take breaks and help coordinate breaks as needed. Help to train and coach co-workers and new hires as directed by Kitchen Leadership. Continually reevaluate our systems for improvements and make recommendations. Ensure the schedule set by management is staffed, and help problem-solve any coverage gaps that occur. Build daily checklists and pars; ensure their daily use. Maintain a strong relationship with the FOH. Assist with stocking on the line. Assist with private event and special event food services. Assist with ensuring co-workers have locked all doors, windows, and entrances during closing shifts. Assist with kitchen maintenance and equipment problem-solving. Attend all mandatory meetings. Other duties as assigned by managers. Position Summary We’re seeking a hands-on Junior Salesforce Developer or CRM Support Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This is an onsite role based in Henderson, NV. You’ll work closely with senior developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support the day-to-day needs of our CRM users, assist with system configuration, write Apex triggers and Java code where needed, and help integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone with Java or object-oriented programming experience who has some hands-on Salesforce development exposure and is looking to grow into a Salesforce-focused career path. What You’ll Do Assist with basic Salesforce development tasks including custom objects, fields, Flows, and validation rules. Support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with senior developers on Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Write clean, maintainable code in Apex and/or Java for backend support tasks. Respond to user support requests and help troubleshoot system issues. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Document processes, configurations, and code changes in Confluence or similar tools. Support data quality, reporting, and simple automation workflows across the CRM platform. What You Bring 1–3 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce or Java (or a mix of both). Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows is a plus. Basic understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices. Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset is a bonus. Willingness to learn Salesforce best practices and grow within the platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is a plus, not required.
