The Home Manager position requires a dynamic, innovative and service-oriented professional who is extremely organized, and detail-oriented to serve our luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they build a rapport with residents, and anticipate their needs to deliver an exceptional level of hospitality. Job Responsibilities and Tasks: • Build relationships with the building on-site team, service providers, and residents • Provide an extraordinary living experience for residents starting from move-in and for the duration of their lease • Communicate with residents through the Home Manager platform • Meet with residents, and oversee their home preferences to deliver an exceptional living experience • Manage a team of service specialists to help execute high-quality services • Routinely conduct in-home visits to ensure all services are properly completed and look for opportunities to surpass expectations • Give residents their time back by providing an unrivaled home management experience Desired Qualifications and Traits: • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in hospitality management or communications • 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, guest services, retail, marketing, or communications • High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills • Curious and observational • Upbeat, positive disposition with genuine “can do” attitude • Meticulous with exceptional organizational skills • High value on trustworthiness, respect, and discretion of clients • Passion for serving others • Operationally minded - capability to manage & maintain a variety of components • Excitement for working in a company that is quickly evolving and growing The Must Haves: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable vehicle • Eligibility to work in the US • Personal smartphone • Complete and pass a background check Pay Range Part-time Hourly: $25- $30 AliceHome is an equal opportunity employer.
