Warehouse Manager/Shipping & Receiving (san leandro)

We are seeking a bilingual individual to manage our warehouse and ship & receive products . This is a full time Monday through Friday position, ideally between 7 am to 4.30 pm. This position will be responsible for inventory control and the daily shipping/receiving of products in our San Leandro Location facility. Job Description: ■ Shipping, Pick, Pack and Process Orders ■ Verify order details, capture serial #s, create shipping labels using web based programs, package product and create invoices ■ Determine appropriate levels for inventory, reorder points and minimum stock ■ Palletized freight shipments ■ Receiving ■ Stocking orders ■ Count and verify correct product ■ Process receipt of product in Computer system ■ Place and organize product in correct location in Warehouse ■ Location Inter-company Transfers ■ Inventory Audit ■ Perform Weekly count of product, identifying any discrepancies ■ General Warehouse duties ■ Clean and Organize warehouse on a daily basis ■ Make occasional vendor pickups & local customer deliveries Requirements: ● Prior warehouse management experience ● This is an active position, with lots of standing, walking, bending, lifting and pushing involved throughout the day ● Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail ● Strong work ethic, punctuality and enthusiasm are a must - there is always something to do ● Experience with Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook) preferred ● Professional demeanor, ability to communicate to various members of the team as well as Vendors and customers * Reports to: Regional Manager * Requirements: Must be 25 years of age * Must pass in-house forklift training * Must have basic computer skills * Must be able to lift 70 pounds * Must Pass Credit & Background Check * Bi-Lingual "Spanish" Benefits: ■ Competitive compensation ■ Medical benefits after probational period ■ Vacation and holiday pay after probationary period
