They have been recognized as an industry leader in timeless, sustainable and socially responsible design with luxury residential, commercial, and community-based projects throughout the mountain west, and beyond.   POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Project Manager or Job Captain to design High-end luxury residential properties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops design and technical solutions under the supervision of a Project Architect/Manager or Senior Project Architect/Manager Develop appropriate design solutions for small projects through various phases(SD,DD,CD) Has working knowledge of local City and County codes and agencies, as well as uniform building codes Prepares marketing material such as award submittals and presentations Prepares presentation materials in print and digital form Coordinates project design and develops creative-design concepts Assists in managing small project(s): coordinating entire scope of work including budget, billing, schedule, consultant coordination, concept designs, design development drawings, construction documents and construction administration, with oversight from senior level manager/architect May serve as primary client contact for selected small project(s) May be expected to work independently to advance projects to meet the schedule, with reasonable oversight from Project Architect/Manager or Senior Project Architect/Manager Expected to alert senior level manager/owner with critical issues, client schedule concerns, budget concerns, ethical concerns or policy matters   REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience preferred; 3 to 10 years of experience in developing details and providing planning and design support in the preparation of design development drawings Professional architectural or design degree preferred Proficient in CAD systems, preferably Revit. Proficient in rendering and presentation software applications (Lumion, Enscape) Able to work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills A Detail and task-oriented work manner with a passion for excellence Pro-active and dynamic in their skills and leadership

Revit Specialist Role:   As a member of the company’s Capacity Planning team, the Revit Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining architectural, electrical, and mechanical models in rooms across CoreSite’s data centers. This role involves creating and standardizing drawings, leveraging advanced tools such as Revit software, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. The Revit Specialist will apply their expertise in building modeling and data integration to contribute to the company’s operational efficiency and support CoreSite’s broader strategic initiatives.   Duties:  Create, update, and maintain architectural and equipment drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, including base building elements, equipment, and leased spaces.  Ensure model accuracy and coordination by resolving architectural, electrical, and mechanical conflicts by addressing data inconsistencies.  Adhere to project standards, guidelines, and established BIM protocols to ensure model consistency.   Develop and maintain accurate 3D Revit models incorporating geometry, attributes, and relationships to support Design, Construction, and Operations.   Attribute model elements with essential data and properties to enable quantity takeoffs, panel and construction schedules, and other project and reporting applications as needed.  Assemble and maintain circuit layout plans, including panel schedules and striping plans, to optimize building design and energy efficiency.   Capture accurate site data using LiDAR cameras to document equipment, room dimensions, and customer space parameters.  Travel to data center sites to support the scanning and data collection efforts for new-to-new site acquisitions and integration projects.  Manage the integration between BIM models and data warehouse by ensuring all assets are properly tagged and linked to corresponding model elements and objects.  Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and core values.  Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that includes at least two onsite days per week in the downtown Denver office, currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person collaboration.   Flexibility to travel up to 10%, with the potential for increased travel or in-office presence as business needs evolve.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in technical drawings, reports, and dashboards.   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a systematic approach to interpretating and leveraging data.   Effective at working cross-functionally and collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment.   Strong work ethic with accountability to deadlines and high standards for deliverables.   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the manage priorities effectively.   Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.   Proficient with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and or Navisworks creating, with at least 3 years’ experience updating and managing technical drawings.   Exposure to Autodesk Build, Docs, and other project management tools preferred.   Familiarity with data center operations or space and power inventory management preferred.   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the job’s essential functions.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  While performing the job’s duties, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop or kneel, talk, and hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Ability to travel is required.  Compensation: Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $75,000 and $90,000 annually.
