$600 / 200ft2 - Simple, rustic off grid living space (Bellingham)

I have a unique space offered for rent at a unique off grid property. The property has several other occupied spaces, buses and boats. It is a budding community. 20 acres. Living in this way I find is more rewarding, however it typ only works out for people seeking a simpler, rustic lifestyle. Especially going into winter. The space is my beloved station wagon. 1984 capris classic. It runs but the motor is on its last legs. Roomy in the back with the seats down. I will send pics, it is not yet parked in its final location. I installed a diesel heater in it, and it works very well. It should be very cheap to keep it heated. I also insulated all the windows on the sides. But the insulation can be removed if wanted. Currently it is very waterproof, and I plan to put a tarp above it to make it even more waterproof and dry around it. It will be parked in a location with a shed and a covered porch. There is a frost free spigot at the spot and the rent includes the entire parking area. There's also a chicken pen and a nice garden area. The rent includes this entire space, which also has ample parking. There's also a community bus on the property that will have a full kitchen available, including a sauna, bath and outdoor shower. There are regularly serviced porta potties on the property.
