Our five-acre property is 10 minutes north of Fort Bragg, off of Highway 1, and a mile from the beach — just far enough to escape the marine layer and get a good amount of sunshine. The house is surrounded by redwoods, rolling meadows, and flowering rhododendrons. It has two very large bedrooms (about 600 square feet each), a massive living room and massive dine-in kitchen with vaulted ceilings, and a large wraparound porch. Two attached atriums provide light, warmth and usable space during the winter. This is an unusually large two-bedroom. The house also has a shared hot tub (with the neighboring house, a vacation rental), and a laundry room. It is so quiet that you can often hear the ocean across the dunes. For recreational bike riding, there is a great trail nearby. The sand dunes are directly across the highway and there are multiple beaches within a short drive.
