We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support our expanding operations. Job Summary The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers and field staff by managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and handling administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and eager to grow within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities . Assist Project Managers with daily project tasks and documentation. . Prepare, submit, and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project paperwork. . Support payroll processing and general office administration. . Maintain project schedules and coordinate updates with subcontractors and clients. . Research and source qualified candidates for open positions when needed. . Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and professionally communicate with clients, vendors, and agency representatives. . Collect and organize project-related information, including drawings, schedules, and meeting notes. . Provide support for compliance documentation on public works projects. . Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications . 3+ years of experience in construction, utilities, or project coordination (preferred, not required). . Strong organizational and time management skills. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and support multiple team members. . Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. . Experience with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam) is a plus. Provide input and adjudicate comments on CDRLs. Collect and distribute action items from program meetings after receiving Government approval of the content and format of the documents.  Maintain an issue and action item database to support the IPT lead and government systems engineers in managing the lifecycle of product issues and actions.  Track action items to closure. Develop and disseminate weekly status reports on fielding and deployments to both government and industry. Coordinate with the NAVAIR Public Affairs Office for all media inquiries and public release of program information and/or program status to include coordination with the IPT leads to ensure that products are releasable. Assess if the platform prime’s subcontracts are timely awarded and properly flowed-down. Further, identify any risks that would impact cost, schedule, and performance.
