Newport Restaurant Group is looking for an Executive Chef to join the team. This position will be at one of our Downtown Newport RI locations. About the Position: In the Executive Chef role, you will direct and oversee all activities of kitchen and directs training of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient, profitable, safe and sanitary food service. About You: You will have a strong culinary background and be passionate about food and the guest experience. Help sell locally sourced food outside at the farmers' market on weekend mornings. We are a heritage hog farm in western Goochland County who also vends hot food (breakfast sandwiches) at farm markets featuring the pork we raise [www.HogHavenFarm.com].
