Some physical requirements are listed here but not limited to; ability to lift up to approximately 35 pounds, push or pull carts. Ability to bend, kneel or twist while working in the kitchen. You may also be on your feet for 1 to 2 hours at a time. When filling in for a driver, you will be doing a mix of driving and walking in and out of homes, you will enter and exit a vehicle multiple times, and may have to navigate stairs during delivery.
