Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. Must have experience with QuickBooks Desktop for both bookkeeping and payroll and a comprehensive knowledge of debits and credits. Location: San Mateo, CA Bookkeeper Responsibilities: Produce accurate financial statements through credit card and bank account posting and reconciliations. Process payroll daily for multiple small businesses using Quick Books payroll software. Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports Requirements: Associate’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred - high school diploma is required. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop for both bookkeeping and payroll minimum one year. Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills Proficient with Microsoft Office A comprehensive knowledge of debits and credits.
