We’re a small, professional trucking company based in DFW. We value discipline, reliability, and drivers who treat every trip like their own business. READ CAREFULLY and APPLY ONLY if you: • Have 3+ years of CDL experience • Worked with Amazon Relay for at least 6 months (BNSF experience is a big plus) • Know DFW truck routes inside out • Don’t own your own truck (we provide it) • Are comfortable using smartphones, tracking apps, and messengers (Telegram preferred) • Have basic English proficiency (required by FMCSA and federal law) • Have a clean driving record (no disqualifying violations) • Can handle a fast-paced work environment and stay productive under tight schedules • Are available for night shifts or weekend runs when needed • Are physically active and dependable – no excuses, no drama ----- We Provide: 1) 2019 Volvo VNL (automatic) 4) Consistent loads through Amazon Relay 5) Dispatcher support who actually knows DFW freight flow ----- We pay: • Form 1099 (independent contractor) • Each Thursday for the previous week (Sunday–Saturday) You earn 50% of gross, excluding the following: • Diesel: $500–$800/week • Insurance: $400–$500/week • Maintenance: ~$250 per 1,000 miles (avg. 1,500–2,250 miles/week = $375–$575) • Truck wash: $60-$80 (at least 1 time per month) • Parking (if required): ~$80 Example: $5,000 gross - $700 diesel - $450 insurance - $450 maintenance = $3,400 $3,400 ÷ 2 = $1,700 take-home Our drivers take home between $1,500–$2,200/week depending on consistency and efficiency. ----- We respond only to emails that answer the following: 1) How many years of CDL experience do you have? 2) What kind of Amazon Relay (and BNSF) experience do you have? 3) Where in DFW are you located?
