Position Overview The Project Coordinator plays a key role in assisting with roof projects from start to completion. You’ll work closely with our Project Administrator and field teams to manage scheduling, quality control, customer communication, and job updates through our roofing management software. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the coordination of residential roofing projects. • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and follow-ups. • Support the Project Administrator with scheduling crews, inspections, and materials. • Perform quality control checks on job sites (before, during, and after installation). • Update job progress, photos, and notes in the roofing management software. • Report project status and key updates to management regularly. • Help ensure that all work meets company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
