The room is in a 3 bedroom 2bath house in a quiet, small neighborhood less than 5 miles from LSU. The room is furnished. 2 reliable male tenants are already living there. You will share a bathroom with 1 person. Equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer on . The room has a queen size bed and table. You are welcome to bring your own bed of course. Cox Internet (1 terabyte) and all utilities are included. There is no lease needed. All I require is a 30 day notice that you are moving out. The rent is $525with a $400 security deposit (you get it back when you move out, as long as I have received a 30 day notice, your room is decently clean and you turn in your keys). If you'd rather not pay a deposit, then the rent is $565. There is a weekly option. It’s $155/week but the first and last week must be paid upon moving in. If you do drugs and/or engage in illegal activities, this place is not for you. If you are a slob who does not clean up after him/herself, this place is not for you. If you are honest, pay rent on time me if you are interested. You are not required to sign a lease. I just need a 30day notice that you want to move out. No pet, no exception, sorry.
