We have a space rental lease available that will accommodate a 12'x55' mobile home or RV. Park rules apply. Tenant must qualify for lease. Application is completed by 3rd party, Transunion $45 fee. 12 month lease minimum. $895/month Laundry facility on-site. Tenant is responsible for electric, broadband, water, & sewer. Trash is paid by the park landlord. Tenant is responsible for all costs associated with connections, transport, and setup of the new space. Home must be underpinned or equivalent
