(4:00pm-2:00am Monday thru Thursday) Our night shift employees enjoy 3 day weekends! Our night shift Operators MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years experience operating CNC Machines. This person should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player. Skills Required • Should be High School Graduate or GED equivalent. • Must have experience with Vertical or Horizontal Machining Centers to operate in a safe and efficient manner. • Preferably candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. • Must be able to use standard measuring tools effectively. • Must have adequate math skills. • Must be very detailed oriented with good personal organizational skills. • Must be familiar with tooling, fixturing, indexers etc. • Must be able to complete inspection documentation and determine when parts are out of tolerance. • Should be able to train other operators in the process of manufacturing parts. • Must have good manual dexterity and be able to lift 70lbs. • Should have experience in an ISO 9001 environment, 13485 would be helpful.
