****PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME**** Summary: The Tea Blender is a key member of the Art of Tea production team. This role involves preparing and blending teas according to recipes, ensuring consistent flavor and quality. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, mixing teas, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities: • Measure and blend teas according to established recipes and standards. • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, flavor, and aroma meet company standards. • Record blend information and adjust processes based on findings. • Identify and report defective or substandard ingredients. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation procedures. • Assist with packaging and labeling as needed. • Follow all standard operating procedures for blending and production. • Collaborate with production team to meet daily production goals. • Report food safety or quality issues to the supervisor. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED preferred. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Experience in tea blending, food production, or a similar role is preferred. • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and recipes. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work any assigned shift, including second shift if needed. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces. • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed. PRIMARY DUTIES: Assemble and test large industrial products from bare parts, in "job shop" and production environment. This includes mechanical connections, supports and structures, and control panels. Build custom air compressor, vacuum pump, blower, and pump assembly packages.
