DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant license. • 1 year + of experience of electro-mechanical experience. The Inserting Machine Operator IV will prepare, supply and operation production machines in the Personalization Department within the High Security Area. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager. First shift runs from 5:30 am - 1:30 pm and third shift runs 11 pm -7 am Monday through Friday. Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair all card personalization and fulfillment equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in electronic equipment, perform tests, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper functioning. Fabricate replacement parts when necessary. Perform preventative maintenance on all card personalization / fulfillment equipment and support equipment. Work with machine operator to identify and resolve issues with setup and job files. Work with IT to identify and resolve machine communications related issues. Implement programs to increase OEE. Utilize KPI's to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime.
