The Design Garage Inc. is a CNC production shop. We specialize in fast turnaround and tight tolerance parts. We manufacture parts for a wide variety on industries using all types of materials. We’re hiring skilled professionals for part and full time positions . Job requirements: - Must be able to use measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, etc - Must have experience setting up and running CNC lathes and mills - Must have proficient blueprint reading skills - Must have experience with Haas and Fanuc controls - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Preferred skills: - Ability to program CNC lathes and mills - experience editing G code with Haas and Fanuc controls

Required Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Knowledge of various measuring equipment. • 6 months of consistent and recent work history Required Skills • Strong written/verbal communication • Good decision-making skills • Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities. • Regular and predictable attendance. • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. • Basic math skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work overtime as needed. • Basic PC and internet skills.
