Responsibilities: - Supervise shop personnel and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. - Manage the entire production process, from purchasing materials to final product, ensuring timely completion. - Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and design plans. - Organize and delegate tasks efficiently. - Manage multiple jobs simultaneously. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment while meeting project deadlines. - Collaborate with project manager and clients to ensure client satisfaction. - Perform quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues as they arise. - Travel to job sites for measurements ensuring accuracy of shop drawings and for client meetings. Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a millwork or woodworking environment. - Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings - Expertise in installing custom millwork with a focus on precision and craftsmanship. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials specific to high end millwork installation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within the NYC area. -NYC SST and OSHA 10/30 certified. -Social security number.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running CNC routers for custom millwork, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently during off-peak hours.
