As a woman-owned boutique and community-centered crystal company, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Crystal Fulfillment Associate to join our Portland team. This role is about more than just packing orders—it’s about ensuring that every crystal finds its way to its new home safely and with care. We are looking for someone who can work independently, takes pride in a job well done, and is also open to collaboration and direction from management. Please Note: Because this role is tied to our live sale schedule, the hours are not evenly spread across weeks. If you’d love a reliable part-time position that helps support you while still allowing space for school, creativity, another job, or the pursuits that light you up, this may be the perfect role to join our team. --------------------- 🗓️ Schedule - Two weeks each month: approximately 20 hours per week (typically Thursdays, Fridays, plus a 3rd day) - Exact scheduling will be communicated in advance to allow for planning - Must be flexible and dependable with availability on Thursdays and Fridays as core fulfillment days --------------------- 🌿 Responsibilities - Carefully pack and ship crystals, jewelry, and products for web and live sale orders, following brand guidelines for safety and beauty. - Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, with close attention to detail - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing and inventory space - Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to supervisor - Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with independence, accountability, and clear communication - Contribute positively to team culture, while being able to work independently with minimal oversight - Other duties as needed to support smooth fulfillment operations --------------------- 🌟 Who You Are - Dependable and consistent — you show up on time and follow through with care - Detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right the first time - Problem-solver — you can think on your feet and find effective solutions independently - Collaborative but independent — comfortable working on your own, while also open to guidance and direction - Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require accuracy and efficiency - Physically able to handle delicate merchandise with care, while also lifting and carrying 25–35+ pounds and standing or sitting for long periods - Must have your own reliable transportation (location is not close to a bus stop) --------------------- 💎 What We Offer - Pay: $18–$20/hr, depending on experience (weekly via direct deposit) - Generous employee discount on crystals, minerals, and jewelry - Complimentary access to classes and workshops - Opportunity for role expansion based on business needs and your strengths --------------------- 💌 To Apply To apply, reply to this ad with your resume and a cover letter telling us why you’d love to join the Sage Crystals team as a Crystal Fulfillment Associate.
