DRIVER / LABOR SUPPORT – AMERICAN ROOFING & WATERPROOFING

American Roofing & Waterproofing is growing! We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious drivers to support our roofing crews and job site operations across the Valley. If you enjoy being on the move and want to be part of a fast-growing, successful roofing company — this is the job for you! Note: This position includes light labor work in addition to driving. Roofing or construction experience is a big plus! Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time / Flexible hours Location: Phoenix, AZ Your Duties: Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver roofing materials, tools, and equipment Load and unload supplies at the yard and job sites Assist with setup or cleanup when needed Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues Follow schedules and supervisor instructions Always drive safely and responsibly Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders as needed Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Experience in roofing, delivery, or general labor preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Work With Us?
