Who can read construction plans and do will call and arrange material 2. Understand remodel scope and order correct material and make sure material is delivered 2 weeks ahead 3. Visit construction sites to find way to reduce material cost get new vendors on board and make sure all material is purchased at right price 4. Expert in excel can make reports on material and track the material costing 5.Work with customer and get material selected and manage customer 6.
