We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior, Staff, or Principal level) to work directly with our GM of New Businesses and our cofounder/CTO to build out new AI-powered features across our platform. You'll work primarily in Ruby on Rails and Typescript (React and React Native) to bring zero-to-one products to life by integrating with LLMs from vendors like OpenAI. You should bring deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with deep mastery of Typescript and at least a working knowledge of (and willingness to learn) Ruby on Rails. You’ll be responsible for: • Product Ownership – Leading technical architecture, system design, and development for our mobile and web applications. • Hands-On Development – Building new features, integrating AI-driven product recognition, and optimizing for speed, reliability, and scalability. • Technical Vision – Making key stack decisions and setting engineering best practices. • Rapid Iteration – Moving quickly from concept to deployment, testing and refining based on real-world user feedback. • Team Building – Hiring and mentoring the future engineering team. • Partnership – Working directly with the founder to align product and business strategy and sharing in both the responsibility and the upside.
