Matchmaking Company Looking for Go-Getter Super Star Scheduler!!!!!!!! (Seattle and surrounding areas)

We are a National Matchmaking Firm and we're looking to add another customer service superstar to our amazing team!! We need a bubbly, reliable, flexible, and professional Consultant Coordinator (scheduler) - with open availability - to help book our phone consultations. Our scheduler is a true representation of the company, as they are the first person someone talks to when they are considering hiring us! ** We need someone who is available to start training and working immediately. This position is from home, done over the phone/computer only. No cold-calling - we only reach out to people who have asked for more information - and no selling. The right fit: * Has an open and flexible schedule during weekdays, and is able to start work in the morning and be available through the day * Is able and willing to be responsive throughout the day, even when not at their computer “working” (aka: Has GREAT communication skills!) * Is able to train and start immediately * Has reliable internet/computer and smart phone and a QUIET place to make calls from * Has - or is willing to get - Microsoft 365/Office * Is very bubbly, energetic, enthusiastic, and positive * Is very well-written and well-spoken, and is tech savvy * Doesn't mind being on the phone and computer for multiple hours each day Monday-Friday * Is very responsive and can be available to communicate/be "on call" throughout the day * Is very organized and detail-oriented, can understand and follow instructions, and can implement processes. * Is able and willing to check emails, voicemails, and staff messages throughout the day and respond quickly The position starts as part-time but may quickly progress to closer to full-time; although it depends on the individual and the efficiency in which duties are done. By nature, this is not an evening or weekend job, nor can it be done in just one chunk of time during the day; it's very spread out throughout the day. All training is provided and should take less than a week.
