We take pride in our customer service, so we cater to their vacation and camping needs. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and upbeat to help maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure facility Responsibilities and Duties: Rent spaces/units also provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries. Visually inspects the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advising management. General duties in the office include but are not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day. Maintains all required documentation including Lien notices and Auctions, keeping it neat and orderly manner. The assistant must be able to control delinquencies by telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis, including sending out monthly invoices.
