Responds to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as takes reservations from service departments and external customers.
Explains the conditions of rental contract and completes all required paperwork with customer.
Ensures the customer has proof of insurance and valid drivers license.
Takes customer to the vehicle to identify the existing irregularities and scratches and shows customer the special features of the vehicle.
Checks mileage, fuel level and performs damage inspection when vehicles return.
Take customer payment or ensure there is a P.O. for service department rental.
Notifies Rental Manager of any servicing the rental vehicles may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Assists the Rental manager in the claims process of damaged Rental vehicles.
Assists with conducting daily inventory of the Rental vehicles.
Requires Driving a motor vehicle and is a Safety Sensitive position.
Ensures complete customer satisfaction!
Requirements include
High School graduation or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience.
Intermediate Computer Skills
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Night Quality Assurance Manager to aid in the operational and service quality oversight. This role is part-time (10–20 hours per week) with flexible nighttime hours set based on business need and at your discretion. The person in this role will be accountable for monitoring service quality across client sites through scheduled and impromptu inspections, documenting findings, and supporting the account management team to ensure consistent excellence. This role will also serve as the after-hours escalation point for client or provider service issues and, on rare occasions, may step in to complete service tasks if a scheduled provider does not perform or reschedule. Additional incentives, special service opportunities, and advancement opportunities available depending on performance and ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of commercial facilities to verify that services meet the scope of work and client expectations
- Document inspection results, including photos and written notes, using company-provided tools and protocols
- Communicate inspection findings with service providers and Account Managers, including required and suggested corrective actions
- Collaborate with account managers and report to the market business manager
- Serve as the after-hours point of escalation for client and provider service issues
- Complete service tasks if a scheduled provider does not perform or reschedule
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify service gaps and areas for improvement

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform day-to-day operations such as selling general admission, greeting and directing visitors, operating cash registers or point of sale terminals, maintaining a cash drawer, completing daily paperwork, and assisting guests with questions and complaints.
Provide information to the public in person and on the phone, including but not limited to zoo hours, prices/fees, regulations, programs, exhibits, special events, classes, directions, lost and found items, and the zoo animals.
Rectify visitor disputes, complaints, and issues or escalate to a lead if appropriate.
Promote and sell zoo products and experiences.
Set-up, organize, and arrange any necessary equipment or program items.
Interact with and assist visitors of all ages. Expedite visitor entry and egress, establish queuing lines, and help with crowd control in a customer friendly manner.
Function as a parking attendant as required during peak times.
Support zoo policies in a professional manner.
Ensure a safe environment for visitors, staff, and volunteers; monitor key areas and entrances and report safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
Communicate on-site issues and ideas for improvements regarding customer service, personnel, policy or other related areas. May be asked to participate in continuous improvement exercises for the unit.
Maintain all assigned workspaces by keeping them clean and organized.
Perform breaks and assist other Admissions units with related projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to speak a language in addition to English.
